Division Chief Mike Alder (Ret.)
Mike Alder is a recently retired Division Chief/Training Officer and 29 year veteran of the San Bernardino City Fire Department. He has instructed across the country at conferences and individual fire departments for several years on fire related subjects such as Command & Control on the Fire Ground, Risk Assessment on the Fire Ground, Leadership & Communication Issues in the Fire Service, Truck Company and High-Rise Operations and Building Construction. He holds a B.S. Degree in Business Administration as well as an A.S. Degree in Fire Science. He also holds a California General Contractors license.
