Class Description: This course provides the skills and knowledge needed for a Fire Officer 3 to safely, effectively, and competently develop a model plan for continuous organizational improvement, direct a department record management system, analyze and interpret records and data, evaluate an inspection program, develop a community awareness program, develop a budget management system, develop a division or departmental budget, and describe the process for ensuring competitive bidding.
Prerequisites:
Meet the education requirements of OSFM Company Officer or Fire Officer 2 certification
Completion of Chief Officer 3A or Fire Officer 3A or in the position of a Chief Officer
